What ages do you work with?

We offer therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your child, or an individual seeking help for yourself, we tailor sessions to fit your stage of life and specific needs.

What types of therapy do you provide?

Our services include individual therapy, adolescent and child therapy, and family therapy. We use evidence-based approaches to address a wide range of mental health concerns in a safe and supportive environment.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurance providers. If you’re unsure whether your plan is covered, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to check your benefits for you.

What issues do you specialize in treating?

We work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADD/ADHD, adjustment disorders, mood disorders, and more. We also help with anger management, coping skills, behavioral issues, OCD, and personality disorders.

Where are you located?

Renew Mental Health is located in Tabor, Iowa. We provide in-person therapy at our office and also offer telehealth options for clients who prefer to meet virtually.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes, we provide telehealth therapy sessions for clients who prefer or require remote care. These sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms and are just as effective as in-person visits.

How do I get started?

The first step is to give us a call or submit the form on our website. We’ll gather a few details and schedule a time that works best for your initial appointment.

What can I expect at my first session?

During your first session, you’ll meet your therapist, talk through what brought you in, and begin developing a personalized plan for your care. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and supported.

Is therapy confidential?

Absolutely. Everything you share during sessions is private and confidential, with the exception of a few legal and ethical limitations (such as safety concerns), which your therapist will review with you during your first visit.

What are your office hours?

We’re open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM. If you have limited availability outside of those hours, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
